At PadmaAnon, we strive to deliver your favorite bangles and combo dresses as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our delivery guidelines below:

1. Delivery Areas and Charges

Inside Dhaka: Delivery within Dhaka city is handled by our dedicated courier partners. The standard delivery charge is 80 BDT.

Outside Dhaka: We deliver all over Bangladesh. The delivery charge for locations outside Dhaka is 150 BDT.

2. Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka: You can expect your order to arrive within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.

Outside Dhaka: For orders outside the capital, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during festivals, holidays, or due to unavoidable circumstances.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order via our Google Form, our team will call you for a final confirmation.

Orders are only processed after successful phone verification.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your parcel is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID (if available from the courier) or an update via SMS/Phone call so you can stay informed.

5. Delivery Process

We use reputed third-party courier services to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

At the time of Delivery: We highly recommend checking the product (especially bangles for size/damage) while the delivery person is still present.

Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us immediately at our helpline or message our Facebook page.

Conditions: Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
